NextGen EU Leaders
A youth-led space where young people share ideas, shape leadership tools, and build skills that matter!
NextGen EU Leaders is a youth-led group where young people take an active role in shaping a youth leadership training resource pack. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and creative activities, participants share their perspectives, experiences, and ideas on what makes effective youth leadership today.
Members will explore key leadership skills such as teamwork, communication, confidence, inclusion, and active participation. They will contribute ideas on the knowledge, tools, and approaches that emerging youth leaders need. Their insights will directly shape the content and format of the training pack, ensuring it reflects the real needs and voices of young people across Ireland.
By participating in NextGen EU Leaders, young people will develop practical skills in collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and consultation. They will gain hands-on experience in expressing their views, listening to others, and working together to co-create meaningful resources for future youth leaders.
