Consultation on a Youth Leadership Training Resource
This activity is designed to actively engage young people in sharing their perspectives, experiences, and ideas to help shape the development of a comprehensive youth leadership training resource pack. Through structured discussions, interactive exercises, and open dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to express their opinions on what knowledge, skills, and approaches are most valuable for emerging youth leaders. The insights gathered will directly inform the content, format, and practical tools included in the resource pack, ensuring that it is relevant, accessible, and responsive to the real needs of young people.
